2. Contact enquiries
Names, contact details, message content, attachments and the time of an enquiry are used to respond and discuss potential collaborations. We receive this information directly from the person contacting us. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
Steps towards a contract requested by the individual are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries and business correspondence rely on Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in responding to messages and maintaining continuity in discussions. Processing is limited to the necessary correspondence. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details. Enquiries unrelated to a contract or legal dispute are retained for no more than 12 months after the matter is closed. Where a contract or legal claim is involved, information on the necessary retention is provided for that matter.
3. How the form works
The contact form prepares a message in your browser; it does not submit it automatically to a server. You send the email yourself after opening your email application. ART WORKS Kft. receives only the enquiry you send. The copy button copies the text to your clipboard at your request.
4. Email and access
The contact address uses Gmail. Messages are accessible to persons authorised to handle the enquiry and service providers necessary for delivery and storage. Information on Google’s processing, including international processing and transfers, is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Favourites and technical operation
When you use the favourites button, the website stores selected artwork identifiers in your browser’s local storage under ka_favorites. This supports the feature you requested and is not sent to the website’s own server database. No expiry is configured. You can remove favourites or delete the stored list by clearing the website’s browser data.
The website’s own code contains no newsletter subscription, advertising tracking, analytics code or automated profiling. This statement concerns the website code, not all operations of the publishing platform.
6. Publishing platform
The current website is published through OpenAI Sites at a chatgpt.site address. General information about the platform’s technical and security processing is available in the OpenAI European Privacy Policy.
Exact contractual hosting-provider details, log retention periods and provider roles are still being clarified. This notice describes the currently verified operation and will be supplemented once those details are confirmed.
7. Your rights and remedies
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
