The Sheet Monster

Something white is wandering around the garden. Luckily, it has a wagging tail.

‘Nobody move!’ said Rico. ‘There’s something white wandering around the garden!’

Mila edged closer. Pip ran straight up to the mysterious shape.

‘Hello, Oszi!’

‘How did you know it was me?’ asked the sheet.

‘Monsters don’t wag their tails when they see me.’

Rico straightened his feathers.

‘I recognised him too. I was just testing Pip’s powers of observation.’
