The Disappearing Seeds

Mila carefully planted a row of seeds.

When she looked back, the row had disappeared.

She started again. Pip followed diligently behind.

Oszi watched for a while, then gently cleared his throat.

‘Pip, what exactly are you helping with?’

‘I’m picking up everything Mila drops!’

Mila put down the seed packet.

Pip was given a new job that day: counting clouds until the planting was finished.
