1. Purpose of this website

This website presents the artworks, stories and design collections of Kamilla Akhmin. It is a portfolio, not an online shop: online ordering and payment are not available. An enquiry alone does not create a contract.

2. Artworks and visual concepts

The content includes digital artworks and visual concepts made with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Product and interior images may be visualisations; they do not establish that an object has been manufactured or confirm its stock, dimensions or final materials.

3. Usage rights

Protected content may be used with the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law. Viewing or downloading an image does not itself grant commercial usage, manufacturing, resale or sublicensing rights. Attribution does not replace permission.

Links to this website may be shared provided they are not misleading and do not imply a partnership that does not exist. Permission requests can be sent to the contact email address.

4. Collaboration and sales

For bespoke manufacturing, publishing, art or licensing collaborations, fees, deadlines and the scope of rights are agreed separately. Separate purchasing terms and product descriptions will be prepared before online sales begin.

Unauthorised access, interference with the website and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. The operator aims to provide accurate information; errors can be reported by email. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights or liabilities.

Personal data processing is described in the separate privacy notice. Current terms are published with an effective date. Changes do not automatically amend earlier contracts.
