The collection story

On the small island, only a tree stump and roots embracing the stone remain. Yet its full crown still sways in the reflection. Someone once rested in its shade, sharing an afternoon they would remember for years. A single leaf touches the water; ripples travel across the reflected branches, and for a moment the wind seems to return. Which shared moment still offers you shelter?
