Kopp is already applauding as Trump cuts the ribbon across the golden gate. Psszt tries to step through, only to find a brick wall behind the grand entrance. The opening was a complete success; getting through will require another ceremony.

Kopp carefully rolls out the red carpet, and Trump sets off with a confident stride. At the end, the same podium and the same impatient Psszt are waiting. It has been quite a journey, considering they are exactly where they started.

Trump finally finds a negotiating partner who agrees with his every move. Kopp serves two coffees beside the mirror while Psszt records the remarkable consensus. The only threat to the agreement is someone turning the mirror round.

Trump tests his new golden megaphone, instantly giving Kopp’s feathers a new direction. Psszt sits through the demonstration in headphones, but her tea is still making waves. The sound check is complete; the silence needs a little more work.

Trump arrives with a trophy so large that the celebration gets stuck in the doorway. Kopp takes measurements while Psszt diplomatically identifies the door as the problem. The glory is all there; it just needs to fit through.

Trump lines up his shot with great care, while Kopp takes equal care positioning the golf hole on wheels. Psszt studies the scorecard, wondering who deserves the point. The ball barely moved, but the course put in an excellent performance.

What began as a brief answer is slowly filling the room with paper. Kopp winds the sentences onto a spool while Psszt settles in under a blanket. By the time Trump asks what the question was, the question of brevity has answered itself.

Breakfast toast receives its own ribbon, golden scissors and ceremonial speech. Kopp holds the programme, Trump prepares for the opening, and Psszt keeps an eye on the clock. By the time they are ready to begin, breakfast has officially been promoted to lunch.
